What is the return policy?

We cannot accept returns on necklaces for hygiene reasons. If you receive a defective item, please reach out to us and we'll make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?

All items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of defects.
When will I get my order?

We are currently taking pre-orders, and it will take about 1 month from the date of order to receive your product.
Where are your products designed?

Our products are proudly designed, polished and assembled in Singapore.
How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate of $6 for local deliveries in Singapore.

Please enquire if you are outside Singapore, and wish to place an order.

Product and Care

Is this real titanium?

We use Titanium Alloy Ti-6Al-4V for our necklaces, the same material used in aerospace, motorsports, and medical implants. You may view the test report here.
How do I care for the necklace?

You can wear your necklace in the shower or wash it gently with mild soap. Always rinse thoroughly and pat dry immediately to maintain its finish.
Will titanium rust or corrode?

Titanium is extremely corrosion resistant and cannot rust. The fastening screws are 316 stainless steel, which is also extremely corrosion resistant.
Does this come with negative ion coating?

We use medical grade silicone without the negative ion coating for maximum skin safety and hypoallergenic performance.

Will I experience skin sensitivity while using the necklace?

The materials used in our necklaces are hypoallergenic and biocompatible, so the likelihood of skin irritation or sensitivity is low. However, some wearers may experience sensitivity from sweat, dirt, or skin contact, and we encourage wearers to keep their necklaces clean.
